RV Maintenance on 2022 Dutchman Kodiak Travel Trailer

I called Doug at Blue Atlas to check my wheel bearings on my Dutchman Kodiak travel trailer. He also recommended that a check on the air conditioning coils would also be wise. I received a quote and told him to go ahead with the work. He performed the job in one day and gave me a thorough review of the roof of my RV and the condition of my old bearings. Instead of waiting 2 to 3 weeks for a dealer appointment, Doug finished the work one day after I called him. Doug is dependable, thorough, and is easy to talk to about problems with the RV. He's my RV go to man from now on.

First RV Purchase

My wife and I were shopping for our first RV and wanted an independent inspection on a new one. We found Doug through RVhelp.com. We emailed him on a Sunday thinking we might hear back later in the week. He contacted us the same day and explained the process. He was very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. He also took the time to provide his experience with RV's and towing and what to know and look for, as well as sending a checklist of everything he would be inspecting. It was a very thorough list. Even though the dealer does an inspection, much like buying a house, you wouldn't rely on the seller's inspection, you would want your own inspector and that's what Doug will do for you. I highly recommend him.

Top notch RV Inspection

We are very glad we found Doug! He is one of the few RV Inspectors that will answer the phone. He gave us a very detailed report, that was unbiased and professional. He gave us plenty of pictures and described what was wrong. He also gave us maintenance recommendations on how we could prolong the life of the RV. We didn’t feel comfortable doing that ourselves so after we bought the RV Doug put us on a Maintenance plan, which is extra money but more than pays for itself in the long run. Would give Doug a extra star if I could!
